Ok, i guess i let it slipped. But im back at 200. If you remember from a previous post i had lost 15 lbs.
I ate well and exercised every day.
Im going to switch my work out routine tomorrow and will post my "enterprise to 180" results per week every sunday night.
First i need my stamina back, for that I will start with a brisk 5 minute walk then jog for about half a mile ( i have ok stamina because of all the walking I do at work) then walk for half a mile.
I started this way last time and was successful. I will incorporate some free weights because I need more muscle to burn more calories. I am generally top heavy so I need to tone that too.
So here is the schedule.
every other day go for jog.
First week 5 min walk/jog for half a mile/walk for half a mile.
Following week 5 min walk/ jog for 3/4 mile/ walk for half a mile.
For the 3rd week and on I will add half a mile to every week. Its at a really ok pace of increase and can always do more like increasing a mile from week to week.
For the weights It will be the same format.
When im not joggin i will do weights.
I do not have my bench press bar or bench so i will do old fashion push ups and will work on my abs. For those that did not know be back in the day i had a 6 pack. oh yeah!!.
Last time I tried to get in better shape I was jogging 5 days a week and no weights. I should have taken it easier because my knees were taking a hit. Sure I lost about 15 lbs in 3 weeks with all the jogging and eating right but my knees started to hurt towards the end of the jog every time. I think that the reason why people get off their workout routine is that they are not consistant, excuses or like me lazyness. ok ok, I dont remember who said that it takes 21 days to change a habit, but thats how long you should committ to somthing and after 21 days it should be automatic and you cannot go forward with out doing that NEW habit that you had comitted to for 21 days. It becomes automatic and a routine.
Jogging. 21 days later we will have the final results. The experiment begins.
